What do I need to start?
An account and a number to send from. Start a free trial to try the web app, or talk to us about which kind of number suits your program and how long it takes to set up.
Can people reply to my messages?
Yes. Messages are two-way: replies arrive in your Wire2Air inbox, by email if you text from your email, or at your own system if you use the API.
How do people opt out?
A person who replies STOP is removed from your list, and your account stops sending to them. Our compliance page explains consent, opt-out and the other rules every sender follows.
Do you have an API?
Yes. The SMS and MMS API sends and receives messages and reports delivery, and the developer docs cover each call.
